Refreshing Green Citrus Juice


This juice is perfect for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up! This recipe is my son’s favorite. If you are having trouble getting your kids to eat all of their fruits and vegetables, juicing is a great start. This recipe contains a higher fruit to vegetable ratio, so it has a more fruity taste than other juices. Pineapple is a great source of the enzyme, bromelain, which has potent anti-inflammatory properties and can help soothe sore muscles and joint pain. Refreshing Green Citrus Juice

This is a delicious citrus juice that will leave you feeling energized and refreshed!

Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes
Servings 2 people


  • 2 cups pineapple (approx. 1/3 of a pineapple)
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 knob ginger (peeled)


  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly

  2. Slice pineapple and cucumber

  3. Peel and slice oranges

  4. Add produce to juicer and enjoy!
